Benzema received the Mahou Five Star Player award for January at Real Madrid City. The forward, recognised for his performances during the first month of 2019, in which he participated in eight of the nine matches which Real Madrid played, scoring six goals.
Fans choose the winner of this award through social networks. Benzema who already won the award in November, is having a sensational season and is Real Madrid’s top scorer with 19 goals.
